Refund policy

Just because all the items are hand made, there is very small chance of manufacturing defect. We offer FREE RETURN and FULL REFUND if any manufacturing defect. Please contact us within 3 days upon received your order. 

We don't accept returns because of colour difference.

In order to set the right expectations, we use resized original images as product images, strictly no PS or filter. However, even the same image may have different look on different devices. It's also related to the setting of monitors, such as brightness.

We make sure that the prints are true to original artwork. We however have no control what the product images look like on your mobile/computer, and we don't accept returns because the colour is different from your expectation.

If you have concern about colours, it's highly recommended to view the product images with different devices to double check. You are always welcome to contact us. If we have stock of the items you are after in our Melbourne warehouse, we might be able to send you some photos or videos to help you make decision.

We don't accept returns and refund because of change-of-mind or ordering the wrong sizes.

All our products are made to order. We cannot accept returns because of change-of-mind or ordering the wrong size. Please make sure you measure your space, double check the sizes before placing an order.

We do accept reasonable change-of-mind return for store credit.

Providing the item(s) ordered is(are) not custom made products or gift card, we accept return in exchange for a store credit, within the three days from the date your order was delivered. All store credits are valid for one year from the date of issue.

All returns must be ‘as new’ condition and packaged securely in the original packaging. The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
